By being strategic about your bank holidays like the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, you can blag 62 days off over the course of the year.

Her Majesty’s party is set to be the ‘biggest event the UK has ever seen’ according to organisers.

The pageant will take place over a bumper four-day Bank holiday weekend next year and will feature 6,500 performers on the last day alone.

Kicking off on Thursday, June 2, and ending on the Sunday, organisers are also hoping it tops Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee held in 1897.

In total, you’ll only actually need to book off 26 days with your boss – but make sure you get in there quickly before someone has the same idea!
