PRISA, the publishing group of EL PAÍS, has closed the agreement to acquire 20% of the capital of PRISA Radio that was owned by the Godó Group for 45 million euros, according to a relevant fact sent this Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNM).
PRISA Media, a 100% subsidiary of the PRISA Group that encompasses the press and radio businesses, will pay the Godó Group 45 million euros, distributed in 30 million upon signing the agreement and the remaining 15 million to be paid in 2023.
