The Government negotiates with Brussels an extension of four months for the bailouts of companies | companies

Some unresolved aid files have become a priority due to the critical situation of the company requesting it. This is the case of the steel company Celsa, which, if approved by SEPI, will receive the largest aid, with 550 million, above the 475 million of Air Europa or the 320 million of Ávoris.

In the same situation is the hotel company Room Mate, which has suffered the combined effect of two years of pandemic and the departure of Sandra Ortega, the second largest shareholder with 30% of the capital, due to discrepancies about the economic management of the company. The largest fortune in Spain sued its manager José Leyte in August 2021, accusing him of supplanting his signature to endorse the firm founded by Kike Sarasola. The lawsuit was filed last Friday.
