The ECB aimlessly

The ECB yesterday revised upwards its inflation forecasts to 6%, far from its 2% target. It announced the end of debt purchases and a cycle of rate hikes. But there is still no agreement on the announced anti-fragmentation mechanism of the markets and that dislocated investors. Italy and Spain must lead a concrete proposal and urgently confront Germany.
