Six Senses Iibiza opens two mansions at 15,000 euros a night | Fortune
The Six Senses Ibiza hotel, to the north of the listed island, in Cala Xarraca, goes one step further in its concept of exclusive luxury hotels. One year after its opening, it debuts its new collection of 19 residences and two exclusive mansions, increasing the hotel complex’s room inventory to 137 keys.
From three to ten bedrooms, these villas are designed to accommodate families and groups. The prices of the residences start at 3,250 euros, in low season, and 6,575 euros, in high season. The mansions are offered from 10,020 euros, in low season, and 15,000 euros, in high season. And they are the jewels of the complex.

The two most exclusive private villas, by size and location, are located high up on the north and south ends of the resort: the ten-bedroom Pinnacle and the five-bedroom Cliffhanger. The first offers 858 square meters of interior living space and 655 square meters of private outdoor space. The master bedroom opens onto a large private terrace with a freestanding bathtub that takes center stage with views of the bay.
The second gets its name from its suspended position above the cliffs, offering uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay through floor-to-ceiling windows. This mansion occupies 5,000 square feet of interior space with a private open-plan kitchen and dining room, a spacious living room that leads to a large outdoor terrace, and a private 50-foot infinity pool.

“Guests choose our hotel to celebrate life, to reset their lives and return to their completely new occupations, after having the first coffee of the day watching the sunrise or ending it watching the sea,” says David Arraya, general manager of the hotel, which belongs to to the Six Senses group, one of the premium brands of the hotel group InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), which it acquired in 2019 from the Pegasus Capital Advisors fund for 265 million euros.
The location, as described by Arraya, is dazzling, as well as the large spaces of each of the rooms, with large en-suite rooms, large lounges, outdoor spaces with sunrise and sunset views and à la carte services such as chef, concertge or spa treatments.

Each villa includes a personal guest experience manager (gyour personal experience maker) to make every stay as comfortable as possible and discover Ibiza’s best kept secrets, from local restaurants to the island’s famous nightclubs or private day trips on the resort’s fleet of boats to hidden beaches visits to neighboring Formentera.
The residences have been conceived by architect and island lover Jonathan Leitersdorf, following the model of a traditional estate from a contemporary perspective. Located in the highest part of the resort, they have panoramic views of the sea, with interiors that incorporate natural and sustainable materials such as wood and microterrazzo stone, fully equipped open-plan kitchens, and works of art from the resort’s photographic collection, a collaboration with Magnum Photos.
