The fire broke out at around 16.30 in the Akçakoyunlu District of Düziçi district. A large number of teams were directed to the region upon the notification of the local people who saw the flames rising from the forest. Reaching the region, the teams began to intervene with pressurized water. Against the risk of the fire growing, reinforcement teams were also directed from the surrounding cities. Fire extinguishing efforts continue.
